Everything is really good here, had a really really nice stay for a business trip. It has wonderful location for visiting a pei-designed American art museum. The restaurant attached makes tasty food.

The hotel has a charming lobby and friendly staff. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which interrupted my sleep. While the location is convenient, it would benefit from improvements in maintenance and available dining options.

Nicely furnished rooms complete with large windows and TV and a microwave, superbly friendly and fairly friendly stuff. The location is perfect and amazing, around 10-15 minutes walk from Erie Canal Museum.

The double room we were given had a heating system, a kitchen and an iron. It was in the middle of Syracuse, and right by Syracuse Stage Theatre...

Highly recommended for solo travelers
The hotel had a classy feel. My King Studio felt more like a spacious living area than just a room, nice and cozy for some quiet time.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but was still within reason.

The staff was very helpful and responsive, which made for a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, but the mattress was too soft for my liking. While there were no breakfast options on-site, the coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

I loved the relaxing vibe of the historic hotel, especially lounging by the cozy fireplace and enjoying the charming garden area. The free breakfast was a nice touch, but I wish the housekeeping had been more consistent. they forgot to take care of some wet towels left in the tub. Overall, this place was great, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a quaint getaway! 😊

The hotel has a classy feel, dating back to 1929, with beautiful street-facing windows and cool shutters. My king studio felt more like a living room, very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit to syracuse university, and i was thrilled to find excellent dining options like xo taco and phoebe's diner nearby.

Had a blast with friends! We explored downtown and hit up the nearby bars. The location is awesome, just a quick drive to Armory Square and tons of eateries. The staff was super friendly, and our rooms werevery comfy and tidy. It's perfect. Definitely recommend checking it out.
The only downside was that the air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud, waking me up a few times during the night. It was placed right by the bed, harder to sleep.

The spacious Queen Room was a true highlight, equipped with plantation shutters that added a touch of elegance. Cleanliness stood out throughout the hotel, from the lobby to our room. There was old food in the fridge that hadn't been cleaned, and the front desk was unresponsive initially, frustrating. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was excellent and always available.
